A full body massage experience that relaxes and restores the body and the mind. Your therapist will address your individual needs using a variety of massage techniques to customize your experience. Available in 50- and 80- minute sessions.

A deep, thorough massage that addresses areas of tension using a variety of firm techniques to release stress and relax tight, overworked muscles.

A pampering massage that “mothers” the mom-to-be. A calming environment, fluid and soothing massage techniques that encourage relaxation, help ease low back pain and create an overall nurturing experience. NOTE:  Not recommended in the first trimester.

Climb into our compression therapy suit that treats body fatigue, and smooth’s cellulite with a gentle kneading motion while our massage therapist relieves tension from the head, neck, and shoulders.

Enjoy our b-Well Swedish Massage with a special person by your side. Perfect for couples, mother/daughter pairs, and best friends. Available in 50- or 80-minute sessions.

Sink into relaxation and soothe the body while our therapist incorporate warm basalt stones into this full body experience. The weight and warmth of the stones, along with a customized massage will leave your body and mind feeling warm and loose.

Aromatherapy – The power of essential oils and herbs can be added to any of our massages. Choose from a selection of Rejuvenating, Relaxing, and Detoxifying blends.  11.00

Theragun – Theragun is a powerful, percussive therapy massage device with targeted deep-tissue massage.  Percussive Therapy has a variety of benefits – from aiding in preventing body aches and pains, reducing muscle tension in seconds, increasing mobility and range of motion, increasing blood flow to the area to reduce soreness, tightness and pain, and can assist with accelerating the repair and growth of tissues.   20.00

Foot Reflexology Techniques* (20 minutes) – Reflexology is a therapy of stimulation of the feet with pressure and relaxation techniques which provide a calming and energizing effect to every part of the body. The experience includes an herbal soak, warm towels, and 20 minutes of hands on pressure point stimulation.  52.00
